Connect application intake, review decisions, membership access and evaluation stages.

The thinking

Organise contacts, cases and permissions around the real decisions people need to make.

What I did

CiviCRM/WordPress configuration and workflow development involving application intake, contact creation/update, case types, review stages, membership-form access and notification rules.

The result

A structured workflow programme. Proposed approval/payment automation is described as programme work rather than a verified end-to-end production rollout.
